Lemke Concepts Refund Policy

Lemke Concepts accepts returns on unused, unmodified products within 14 days of delivery. 

To qualify for a refund, customers must follow these steps:

1. Email us before shipping the item back: Include your order number and a brief description of the item you wish to return.

2. Return the item unused and in original condition The order number must be written on a note inside the box.

3. Refunds Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the product price minus all shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

4. Non‑returnable items

   • Used or installed components

   • Custom or special‑order parts

   • Items showing wear, damage, or modification

5. Return shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
